Kirkby Stephen, Appleby and Tebay Methodist Circuit

Methodist Women in Britain is a movement within the Methodist Church and now an independent charity ,run by volunteers and funded by donations. We seek to bring women together in our churches communities circuits and District to:

​

1. Encourage,enable and equip  each other in our Christian faith and discipleship

​

2. Pray and act for social justice in our own country and in the wider world

​

3. Learn more about the work of the World Church and how we can both learn from and support Christians in other countries through our money, prayers and actions

​

    In our local circuit we seek to do this through twice yearly meetings with representatives from different churches ,the annual Easter offering service, an annual circuit event to both inform us and raise funds for MWIB and by attending the various District events.
